Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Setup
SkyU's 2FA feature adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to verify their identity using an authentication app during login. Follow the steps below to set up and enable 2FA.
1. Sign Up for a SkyU Account
Open the signup page provided in the invitation email: https://console.skyu.io/signup.
Fill in the following details to create your account:

Click on the Create Account button to proceed.
2. Email Verification
Check your email inbox for a verification code from SkyU. Enter the following details on the verification page:

Click Confirm to complete email verification.
3. Login to Your Account
After successful email verification, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter the following details to log in:

Click Sign in to proceed.
4. Set Up 2FA
Upon login, you will see a QR code displayed on the setup page:
- Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code.
- If you cannot scan the QR code, use the text code provided below it to manually set up the authenticator.
- The app will generate a six-digit code.
- Enter the six-digit code into the designated field:

Click Confirm to complete the 2FA setup.
5. Accept Access Request
After confirming the 2FA code, you will be redirected to the Pending Invites page. Click on the Accept button to proceed.
6. Dashboard Access
Once the access request is accepted, you will be directed to the SkyU dashboard, where you can start using the platform.
Ensure that you securely save the QR code or text code for future authenticator setup or recovery.
